And what happens as you begin labor and you're feeling a little fearful, a little scared? Who feels that? Yeah, adrenaline in. Who feels that? Who feels that? Might be you! into birth, it can be really powerful because birth is an incredible, amazing sacred moment of bringing new life into the world and into your family. While I was taking the class, I was probably just a really good advertising for the class. Not meaning to be, but I was just so excited about what we were learning each week and I couldn't wait to go back to the next class. Our birthing class instructor just had this amazingly calming presence and was incredibly knowledgeable. So it really just helped us more than you can even guess.

You always hear the term, I always heard the term knowledge is power. With being educated and having all the knowledge of taking the birth class, it just gave us the confidence we needed and with the confidence came calming. It was able to experience it the way it should be experienced. I think the birthing class itself would be able to share it with other people too. It was just a really special time. It wasn't just a class, it was just a really special experience that I know we'll always
