The major elements of the cardiac exam include observation, palpation and, most importantly, auscultation (percussion is omitted). As with all other areas of the physical exam, establishing adequate exposure and a quiet environment are critical. Initially, the patient should rest supine with the upper body elevated 30 to 45 degrees. Most exam tables have an adjustable top. If not, use 2 or 3 pillows. Remember that although assessment of pulse and blood pressure are discussed in the vital signs section they are actually important elements of the cardiac exam.

What is the spleen and what causes an enlarged spleen (splenomegaly)? The spleen sits under your rib cage in the upper left part of your abdomen toward your back. It is an organ that is part of the lymph system and works as a drainage network that defends your body against infection. White blood cells produced in the spleen engulf bacteria, dead tissue, and foreign matter, removing them from the blood as blood passes through it. The spleen also maintains healthy red and white blood cells and platelets; platelets help your blood clot. The spleen filters blood, removing abnormal blood cells from the bloodstream. A spleen is normally about the size of your fist. A doctor usually can't feel it during an exam. But diseases can cause it to swell and become many times its normal size. Because the spleen is involved in many functions, many conditions may affect it.

What is Breast augmentation procedure ?
Breast augmentation, sometimes referred to as a "boob job" by patients, involves using breast implants or fat transfer to enhance your breasts.The breast augmentation is a procedure, which many women desire to enhance the size of their breast. The breast augmentation procedure can be done in two ways:
1. Breast implant surgery
2. Fat grafting to the breast.

What is Fat grafting surgery for breast?
Fat grafting procedure has a limitation when we talk about breast augmentation. If patient desires half a cup size or a cup size increase , than the fat grafting procedure is used.
Fat grafting enhances the shape of the breast.

What is breast augmentation?
If a lady desires to increase her breast size more than a cup than she should go for breast implant.
Breast implants are basically made up of silicone gel. These are highly cohesive gel silicone implants which means size and shape of implant won't change. Its very difficult to rupture them so they are very safe. Each of these implants come with manufacturing warranty of 10 to 15 years , its an international barcoded warranty so that if you have any issue with implants it can replaced free of cost.

What is breast augmentation Procedure?
During the breast implant procedure , the implant is put above the pectoral muscle or behind the muscle . A pocket is made above or below the muscle. The implant is pushed inside the pocket using implant funnel . This pocket is designed in a way that it will suit the implant. The size of implant is chosen upon what are the patients expectations or requirements and also patients body shape.
We also perform 3D simulation preoperatively, where in patients body images are converted into 3D images and the patient can see how different size of implant will look on them . Depend on all these factors surgery is planned.
This surgery is a day care surgery . The patient can resume her work after the surgery .
Only precaution that patient needs to take is , she should not do weight lifting exercises for 6 weeks.

Priapism is a prolonged erection of the penis. The persistent erection continues hours beyond or isn't caused by sexual stimulation. Priapism is usually painful. Although priapism is an uncommon condition overall, it occurs commonly in certain groups, such as people who have sickle cell anemia. Prompt treatment for priapism is usually needed to prevent tissue damage that could result in the inability to get or maintain an erection (erectile dysfunction). Priapism is most common in men in their 30s.

Most women have vaginal discharge at many different times throughout their cycle. During ovulation, white and watery discharge is common and accepted as normal. But, discharge after ovulation is widely believed to be a sign of pregnancy.

Tuberous breast deformity is a congenital breast anomaly that becomes manifest at the time of puberty and breast development.
