This question comes from Derek in Mesa, Arizona. He writes, I'm worried my penis is too small. What's a good length? As a therapist specializing in issues of human sexuality, this is a question I'm asked all the time. These days, with our exposure to adult video content and pornography, most men seem to believe that they need to walk around with a yard stick between their legs, or they're somehow less of a man. The fact of the matter is, the average penis size is a respectable five and a half to six inches long. Now, that 12 inch long you see on TV,
that's quite abnormal and may even be the product of some clever camera angles. Interestingly enough, if you ask most men what they think of a five to six inch long penis, they're likely to say it's too small and they may even feel bad if they don't exceed that. Ask the same question to a woman and she's likely to say it's just right. As the old adage goes, it's not the size of the ship but the motion of the ocean. My advice to you, Derek, is to pay more attention to where you're navigating and how
than what ship you're sailing if you catch my drift. If you can master a few key moves and put them in your repertoire, that will speak volumes more than having a large ship that sort of drifts in and out with a tide listlessly. Have fun, Derek. You know, these days we're all striving to be our best self and lead a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, in the hectic daily grind of life, we tend to overlook certain aspects of our health, often putting off routine care until something goes wrong.
A better way of maintaining a healthy life is to be proactive when it comes to taking care of ourselves to begin to be healthy now and in the future. One area that men tend to ignore is penis health. Most men believe a quick wash in the shower is all the penis needs to stay healthy. But have you ever wondered if you were really doing enough? Men, when is the last time you did something proactive for the health of your penis? Maybe never. Over a period of time, the penis enters a lot of rough treatment,
including aggressive sex, frequent masturbation, exposure to rough clothing, and even drying out from harsh slopes. These incidents may seem small, but they can add up to a big problem. In fact, 87% of men experience some loss of penis sensitivity by the age of 39. It seems the daily wear and tear really takes a toll on the penis. And while your penis may look like it's doing AOK, in fact, it may be suffering from a gradual loss of sensitivity that is so subtle you haven't even noticed the change in sensation yet.
Now, what if I said there was a penis care solution that can cure and even prevent the most common penis problems in as little as 10 seconds a day?
